Policy for Posting Jobs on Hire a Hawk

91制片厂 is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and abides by the NACE Principles for Professional Practice.

  • Registration is subject to approval by the Job Placement Resource Center
  • Jobs must be actual current openings for full-time, part-time, co-op or internship positions
  • All job postings must list the entire pay range in order to be approved
  • Positions must be appropriate to our students/alumni
  • Harper will not post jobs from staffing/placement agencies or Third-Party recruiters
  • Harper will not give access to home-based businesses
  • No solicitation

On Campus Recruiting (OCR) offers employers the opportunity to recruit students for their open positions during fall and spring semesters. These opportunities need to be general, entry-level positions; no specific degrees, certifications or qualifications required.

This is not a job fair, but an opportunity for employers to connect with students in an informal atmosphere. Please contact us for available dates after your positions have been posted on our online job board.

Internships are intended to be a learning experience that combines classroom knowledge and work experience. These learning experiences allow students the opportunity to become more qualified as a future employee in the student's area of study.

Internship Details

  • An internship is a work-based learning experience closely aligned with the student's Area of Interest
  • The length of an internship may vary. This is a short-term commitment that depends on the employer's needs and the student's availability.
  • All internships must adhere to the  (Department of Labor).
  • Students must adhere to the minimum GPA requirements and adhere to 91制片厂's Student Code of Conduct

Employer Criteria

  • For-profit companies typically pay interns at least minimum wage and we recommend each employer consult their legal counsel before posting an unpaid internship
  • Starting and ending dates must be defined upfront 
  • A job description is required, with any qualifications, course completions and technical skills
  • Interns must receive supervision, feedback and performance evaluations by an appropriate/designated employee
