Board of Trustees

The College is governed by a seven-member Board elected by the voters of Community College District No. 512 in April every two-years, and one student representative, who has an advisory vote, elected by the student body for a one-year term. The Board meets twice a month; the Committee of the Whole meeting is held the second Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. and the Board of Trustees meeting is held the third Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m., except as noted in the Board approved calendar.

William F. Kelley was first elected to the 91制片厂 Board of Trustees in 2003.

He attended 91制片厂 in 1973 after graduating from St. Viator High School, and went on to earn a bachelor's degree (cum laude) in political science from Loyola University Chicago. Kelley completed his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and in the top 2 percent of his class, and served as an editor of the Loyola Law Journal. He also received the American Jurisprudence Award in 1980.

Kelley is the Managing Partner of Kelley, Kelley & Kelley, a Schaumburg-area law firm. Prior to joining that firm, he accepted a prestigious clerkship with the Louisiana Supreme Court.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, where he served as past president.

Kelley serves on the St. Hubert Finance Board, and the Board of Governors to the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. He is past president of the Schaumburg Hoffman Estates Rotary Club, past chair of the Kenneth Young Center, and has served on numerous civic and community boards. Building on his role as 91制片厂 Trustee, Kelley serves as past president of the Illinois Community College Trustees Association (ICCTA). He currently serves as Chair of the ICCTA Community College Baccalaureate Committee.

Bill and his wife, Jeanne, live in Schaumburg. They have three children - Logan, Billy and Michelle.

Walt Mundt joined the board in April 2011. He has served as Board Vice-Chair.

Mundt is a sales director for a tax technology firm specializing in accounting, compliance, audit support and planning. An experienced executive with more than two decades of experience in the enterprise software and technology industry, Mundt also has built a career using software solutions to help companies gain a competitive advantage and maximize shareholder value.

He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, where he concentrated in Information Systems. He also has a Master's of Science in Taxation from DePaul University.

Mundt has lived in 91制片厂's district for more than 25 years, and has been active during that time in numerous community and civic organizations, including Palatine Youth Baseball and YMCA basketball.

He lives in Arlington Heights with his wife, Cheryl. The couple has two sons.

Dr. Nancy Robb was elected to the Board in 2015 and serves as Board Secretary.

As a seasoned educator, she retired in 2014 as superintendent of District 211 where she served in various roles for more than 30 years. Robb has close ties to 91制片厂 beyond her role as superintendent of a sender high school district. She has been a member of the 91制片厂 Educational Foundation which raises funds for student scholarships.

Serving as a 91制片厂 trustee naturally fits with Robb's aim to boost graduation rates for disadvantaged students. She has been working tirelessly to launch 鈥淓xcel Beyond 211 Dollars for Scholars.鈥 This program is dedicated to mentoring, advising and supporting first general low income District 211 graduates. The aim of this program is to increase college success and completion.

Robb also serves as president of the Buehler YMCA Advisory Board and is a member of the Women in Need Growing Stronger (WINGS) Leadership Board.

She holds a doctorate from Roosevelt University, Master鈥檚 in Education from the University of Pittsburg and a BA from Wittenberg University.

Robb lives in Barrington with her husband John.

Eric Knox was elected to the Board in 2025.

Knox currently works as a Vice President of Cybersecurity and Chief Information Security Officer. He credits his decades-long career in IT to one of his early 91制片厂 professors, who instilled in him both the love of technology and the value of constant learning. He tries to pay that forward by participating actively in mentorship programs and team development. He is also a member of 91制片厂鈥檚 Business and Industry Leadership Team (BILT), which launched the college鈥檚 cybersecurity certification program and associate degree.

Knox is a longtime resident of 91制片厂鈥檚 district and a 91制片厂 alum, having attended classes at the college before transferring to Roosevelt University for his bachelor鈥檚 degree. He also holds a master鈥檚 degree from DePaul University and an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Knox is a strong believer in community involvement and the importance of giving back. He previously served as Committee Chairman for both Boy Scout Troop 168 and Cub Scout Pack 168 in Rolling Meadows, as well as serving as Church Council President.

He currently lives in Rolling Meadows with his wife, Brenda. The couple has two sons.

James Meyer was elected to the 91制片厂 Board of Trustees in 2025.

Meyer has been a resident of Palatine for 30 years and a district resident since 1960. He brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including leadership roles at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the Higher Learning Commission, the accrediting body for 91制片厂.

Meyer is deeply committed to the transformative power of education and the vital role 91制片厂 plays in workforce development, lifelong learning and community enrichment. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with other community colleges to address strategic initiatives, and he is dedicated to ensuring 91制片厂 continues to provide accessible, high-quality education that empowers students and strengthens the local economy.

Meyer and his wife, Karen, a retired advanced practice nurse, have four children and three grandchildren. He is honored to serve District 512 and is committed to guiding 91制片厂 through future opportunities and challenges.

Pat Stack was appointed to the 91制片厂 Board in 2015 to fill a vacant seat.

Stack is retired from a career in hospital administration, where she most recently served as Vice President of Performance Improvement at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights. In this role, she worked to develop meaningful dashboards and trained leaders in performance improvement methodologies. In addition to various other administrative roles over the course of 24 years at NCH, Stack also held positions in critical care, continuing education and management at Sherman Hospital in Elgin and Loyola Medical Center in Maywood.

Stack has close connections to 91制片厂. As a hospital administrator, she worked closely with graduates of the College鈥檚 nursing program and other medical programs at 91制片厂.

Stack holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in nursing from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and a Master鈥檚 Degree in Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She has also published articles on organizational change and performance improvement in the health care industry.

Stack lives in Barrington with her husband and enjoys spending time with her son, three daughters (one is a graduate of 91制片厂鈥檚 nursing program) and two grandchildren.

Dr. Bijal Chaturvedi was appointed to the 91制片厂 Board of Trustees in 2026.

Chaturvedi is a 91制片厂 alumna who attended the college as a high school student and later worked as a clinical instructor for 91制片厂鈥檚 nursing program. As a first-generation immigrant and the first in her family to attend college, her educational journey reflects her deep commitment to expanding access to higher education and opportunity for others.

She earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in cell and structural biology and later a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing, becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Global Health Leadership Certification from Northwestern University. She is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and holds a certification in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Chaturvedi has practiced anesthesia for more than two decades and is an Assistant Professor of Nurse Anesthesia at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She has participated in numerous global health medical missions around the world, providing care in underserved communities. She is passionate about advancing healthcare access and advocacy, the role of technology in improving patient care, and believes strongly in giving back through service and education.

In addition to her clinical and academic work, Chaturvedi serves in leadership roles within the Illinois Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology.

Chaturvedi lives in South Barrington with her family and is the proud mother of three children.
