In connection with the Federal Aviation Administration鈥檚 2024 Drone Safety Day, 91制片厂
College will host the Drone Experience and Safety Day, noon-3 p.m. Saturday, April
27, on campus, Building D, Room D195, 1200 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine.
Free and open to the community, the inaugural event will feature discussions on drone applications across various sectors, regulations, and the safe operation of drones for recreational and commercial purposes. The afternoon will begin with a series of 15-minute 鈥減ower talks鈥� featuring experts who use drone technology in different domains. It will continue with drone demonstrations and displays, starting at 2 p.m.
91制片厂 offers a Drone Technology and Applications Certificate program and is a proud member of the FAA鈥檚 Unmanned Aerial Systems Collegiate Training Initiative.
