Papercut Printing Using a Mac OS Device

Students that wish to print on campus can utilize Papercut printers located across campus. The following guide will serve as steps to add the Papercut mobility printer on personal Mac OS devices.

Important: Connect your device to the 91制片厂 Public WiFi before proceeding with the steps below.

Step 1: Open System Settings

1. Go to the Apple Menu in the upper-left and click 鈥�System Settings鈥� or click on the System Settings App.
   

Step 2: Open Printers & Scanners

1. In System Settings, locate the navigation list on the left side of the window.
2. Select Printers & Scanners.
3. In Printers & Scanners click the 鈥�Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax鈥�鈥� button.
   

Step 3: Select the Papercut Mobility Printer

1. The 鈥淎dd Printer鈥� should open.
2. Select the 鈥渂wsecureprint鈥� Black and White Printer, then click the 鈥淎dd鈥� button.
   
3. The Printer should now be installed.
4. (Optional) You may also perform the same steps again to add the 鈥渃olorsecureprint鈥� Color printer.

Printing

When printing for the first time, an authentication prompt should appear. Be sure to enter your 91制片厂 username and password. As an option, you may check Remember this password in my keychain so that you do not have to enter it every time you print in the future and click OK.
