William Rainey 91制片厂 is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy educational and employment environment that is free from discrimination, harassment and other misconduct on the basis of sex, which includes sexual orientation and gender-related identity. All members of the 91制片厂 community, including students, employees, guests, and visitors, have the right to be free from gender-based or sex-based misconduct in their educational pursuits at 91制片厂. The College prohibits all forms of sex-based misconduct, including but not limited to sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. The College also prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender-related identity and expression, pregnancy, and parental status under its Equal Educational Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policies.
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. Sec. 1681, et seq., and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F. R. Part 106 is a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded program or activity. It is the policy of William Rainey 91制片厂 to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (鈥淭itle IX鈥�), the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (鈥淰AWA鈥�), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (鈥淭itle VII鈥�), the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (鈥淐lery Act鈥�), the Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act, and all other applicable laws and local ordinances regarding unlawful sex-based discrimination, harassment or other misconduct.
91制片厂 has designated the Dean of Students and Chief Human Resources Officer as the Title IX Coordinators and the Associate Dean of Students as the Title IX Deputy Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinators and Title IX Deputy Coordinator will oversee 91制片厂鈥檚 compliance with Title IX. The Title IX Coordinators and Deputies can provide information regarding campus policy, interim remedies, and confidential and non-confidential forms of support and assistance.
