Since 1967, 91制片厂 has been making a difference in the community and transforming lives. In 2017, 91制片厂 Distinguished Alumni launched the Distinguished Alumni Scholarship Fund to support future students.
Many of our Distinguished Alumni benefitted from scholarships while they attended 91制片厂. Because others believed in them, they strived for excellence. Now, this group is joining forces to help others have the same opportunity for success.
2025 Distinguished Alumni Scholarship
The 2025 Distinguished Alumni Scholarship has been awarded to Ruveyda Aydin.
Ruveyda Aydin, the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Scholarship Recipient, is a pre-med student pursuing an associate degree in science with a focus in biology at 91制片厂. Her passion for medicine was deeply influenced by her mother鈥檚 battle with cancer, inspiring her goal of eventually specializing in oncology. After 91制片厂, Ruveyda hopes to transfer to Boston University to pursue a Biology鈥揘eurobiology Specialization and engage in cancer-related research. The scholarship helps relieves her financial burden allowing her to focus on academics and gave her time to launch a cancer awareness club at 91制片厂 in partnership with the American Cancer Society, helping her turn personal experience into purpose-driven advocacy.
The award selection was made by a committee of Distinguished Alumni including John O'Halloran, Shannon Plate, Kari-Ann Ryan, and Peter Soby.
