Roosevelt University鈥檚 human resource management bachelor鈥檚 program equips students for the demands of today鈥檚 fast-changing human resources landscape. Our faculty experts teach key theory and real-world skills to become a successful HR professional.
The Bachelor鈥檚 in Human Resource Management provides students with hands- on education that uses real-world cases along with project and experiential exercises to simulate the types of activities that will be applied as future HR professionals. Students entering the program can also earn both bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in less time than earning these degrees separately.
The bachelor鈥檚 program is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as being fully aligned with its curriculum guidelines. Roosevelt maintains a SHRM chapter that allows our students to participate in networking events, career development workshops and on-campus sessions led by prominent Chicago-area HR professionals.
A majority of the courses in this program are held on site at the University Center at 91制片厂. A portion will be held online.
